Rare vanity with a hexagonal-shaped base, the three-panel superior part is finely chiseled and carved. The base presents a drawer with two doors and a mirrored opening. Originates from the Nin-bò area, an old port in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries near Shanghai. China, Jiaqing era (1796-1820).
Raro mobile da toilette con base a linea esagonale, la parte superiore a tre pannelli è finemente traforata e scolpita. La base presenta un cassetto a due sporielli con apertura speculare. Provenienie dall'area di Nin-bò antico porto del sec. XVIII/XIX vicino a Shanghai. Cina era Jiaqing l796-1820.

Rare and antique armoire in Hong-Mu wood, inlayed in boxwood, ivory, and black ebony. The cabinet presents three drawers and two shutters. The panels on the doors are decorated with bamboo stems and peonies. China, late Ming dynasty, eighteenth century.
Raro e antico armadio in legno Hong-Mu intarsiato in bosso, avorio ed ebano nero. Lo stipo presenta tre cassetti e due ante. I pannelli degli sportelli sono decorati con tralci di bambù e peonie. Cina, tarda dinastia Ming sec. XVIII.
